Decision on Fees Relating to
The Issuance of Corporate Bonds Abroad
- Pursuant to Decree on Organization and Operation of Lao Securities Commission No. 188/PM, dated 24th July 2013;
- Pursuant to a notification on capital mobilization by issuing securities and registering in foreign countries No. 001/LSC, dated 14 February 2014
The Chairman of the Lao Securities Commission issues hereby the Decision:
Article 1 A company issuing corporate bonds aboard shall pay fees to the Lao Securities Commission as follows:
- An application fee and supported documents for a request for issuing a corporate bonds abroad amounting to 15,000,000 kip and shall be payable within the date of submitting the application to the Lao Securities Commission Office;
- A fee for issuing a certificate of acknowledgement of corporate bonds issuing abroad amounting to 0.01% of corporate bonds value issued each time but shall not be less than 30.000.000 kip and shall be payable within thirty working days starting from the end date of issuing of the corporate bonds abroad;
- An annual management fee amounting to 10.000.000 kip with an exception of the first year when the application for issuing the corporate bond is submitted and shall be paid within the first quarter of the following year.
Article 2 The Lao Securities Commission Office, issuer of the corporate bonds abroad and related agencies shall acknowledge and strictly implement this decision within their respective rights and duties.
Article 3This decision shall enter into force from the date of signing.
