This guideline defines the principles, regulations and procedures for the People’s court decision in respect of the economic dispute resolution in both domestic and international. This guideline aims to ensure that the court is running smoothly, promptly, uniformly, effectively, and properly in according to laws and regulations; to protect rights and benefits of litigants; to ensure the peacefulness and social orderliness; and to promote the economic growth.
