This decree defines the principles, regulations, and measures on the labor safety and health in order to prevent the work accident and work-related disease, to create the positive work environment without health risks, to promote valuable work and fairness, and to upgrade in production quality. This decree aims to protect rights and benefits of workers and labors and improve their living conditions, to enhance the regional and international integration, and to contribute to the investment promotion and national social-economic development.
